How do payments actually settle?

Fees go through Paystack directly into the school's bank account. Schos never holds school money; it provides payment links and reconciliation dashboards. Settlement is typically same-day to T+1.

How does Schos charge schools?

Schools do not pay a monthly or yearly subscription. If payments are processed through Schos, students or parents pay a small ₦500 service fee once per student per term on the first online payment. Schools not using Schos payments can be billed ₦500 per student per term directly.

Can we migrate our existing student data?

Yes. Schos guides schools through bringing existing student and staff records onto the platform during onboarding.

Is the mobile app only for students?

No. The Schos Android app is for school admins, teachers, and students. Admins can manage school operations, teachers can handle classroom work, and students can access results, fees, and school updates. The App Store version is coming soon, and every role can still use Schos from a web browser.

What about data security?

Student records are stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Schos follows NDPR-aware practices and does not sell or share school data.

How long does setup take?

Most schools are running within a week. Schos provides walkthrough sessions for admins, bursars, and teachers during the first term.
